-Learn how to recover from missed days without spiraling
-Build flexible habits that adapt to stress, fatigue, travel, and busy seasons
-You’ll rebuild trust with yourself — without all-or-nothing thinking.
Week 4: Moving Forward With Confidence
-We focus on what comes next.
-Reflect on progress beyond the scale
-Strengthen confidence in your body cues
-Create a personalized plan you can actually maintain
